Roleplaying is like writing, You have to have a purpose.

You need to eventually include the Character, Relationship, and details about thee character(s).

Also role-play a meaningful character...

Don't play a Mary-sue you have to have flaws or the roleplaying gets boring quick.

With out character, relationship, and a reason your story can go like this:

"Hi!" he said smiling...

"Isn't it past your bedtime?" she said quickly...

and so on.
